Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this agreement within fourteen days without gving any reasons. 

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you have to provide us (D20 Coasters – Samantha B. Lucas, Azenbergstraße 5, 70174 Stuttgart, Germany, info@d20coasters.com) with a clear declaration (e.g. a posted letter or an E-Mail) that you have decided to cancel this agreement. You can use the attached cancellation template, but this is not required. 

To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notice that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. 

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this agreement, we are obliged to refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from you selecting a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest fourteen days from the date on which we received your declaration that you cancel this agreement. For the refund, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless a different method is explicitly agreed with you. In no case will you incur any fees as a result of this refund.

We may refuse this refund until we receive the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever of these occurs first.

You have to return the goods immediately and in all cases at the latest within fourteen days from the date that you informed us about cancelling this agreement. This period is maintained if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen day period. 

You are responsible for the immediate costs of returning the goods. 

You must only pay for a loss of value of the goods if such loss of value is the result of handling other than what is necessary to determine the suitability, characteristics and function of the goods.
